RPA Developer

The RPA Developer will join the Intelligent Automation center at Louis Dreyfus Company, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation solutions. This role integrates Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with advanced AI-driven technologies to streamline end-to-end business processes across global functions. Responsibilities include:

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Develop Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and system orchestration.
• Implement intelligent document processing solutions using DocAI, including extraction, classification, and validation workflows for semi-structured and unstructured data like invoices and contracts.
• Configure human-in-the-loop validation mechanisms to enhance accuracy.
• Build scalable, reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Define automation architecture and logic based on business requirements.
• Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in RPA, specifically with UiPath.
• Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• UiPath advanced certification.
• Strong communication skills to interact with regional business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, and .Net.
• Experience working within an international organization.
