IN_Senior Associate _ ML Ops/Data Ops_ Emerging Technologies_ Advisory_ Gurugram

This Senior Associate role in PwC’s Advisory New Technologies practice helps clients apply emerging technologies to business problems. The position focuses on enterprise-grade ML and LLM deployment architectures, model operations, and automated training and deployment, alongside LLM-based content applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, efficient on-premises ML and LLM deployment architectures. Fine-tune LLMs, implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LangChain use cases, and perform quality checks on generated content.
• Work with SEO teams to generate pages and blogs using LLMs and NLP techniques, humanize generated content, reduce AI scores, and improve SEO rankings. Collaborate with frontend teams on image optimization and page-rendering efficiency.
• Gather requirements across teams, develop proofs of concept, and propose solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and cost.
• Build scheduled model-training pipelines in Azure ML Studio and CI/CD processes to deploy trained model files to Kubernetes and Linux infrastructure using tools such as Jenkins and Git. Write shell scripts to monitor LLM outputs and estimate resources needed for scaling.

Qualifications and skills:

• Requires 3 to 8 years of experience and a BE/B.Tech or Bachelor of Engineering degree. Mandatory skills include Python; PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and Transformers; and Azure data services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, SQL databases, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Preferred experience includes Azure and AWS DevOps and data services; AI/ML model operations, fine-tuning, and RAG; secure and scalable Azure AI architectures; components supporting data scientists through model development and deployment; and Azure ML Studio training pipelines and endpoints. Familiarity with Jupyter, VS Code or PyCharm; Google Analytics, Azure Synapse or BigQuery; Looker Studio dashboards and funnel analysis; and Dockerfiles, shell scripts, and Kubernetes manifests is also preferred.
