Thinkwires is seeking a Generative AI / AI Lead for a full-time role with one of its product-based clients. The position is listed in Gurugram, Bangalore, and Chennai, with compensation of 26 LPA.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade generative AI solutions.
- Build production-grade RAG pipelines, chatbots, and agentic AI applications.
- Provide architectural and technical leadership, including attention to deployment, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience is listed in the job overview; the requirements specify 8+ years in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents, including LLM integration, model customization, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Proven experience designing and deploying generative AI solutions on Azure or AWS, plus experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD.
Preferred
Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift is an advantage.
