Role Purpose: As a Gen AI Research Engineer, you will join a globally distributed Artificial Intelligence team to drive the energy transition. You will research, design, and implement advanced AI solutions, specifically focusing on Generative AI, to provide strategic value across the energy value chain. Responsibilities: Research and develop cutting-edge Generative AI methodologies; lead company-wide AI/ML initiatives; facilitate training and awareness; collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, industry partners, and academic networks; and document methods and present results to stakeholders. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience with Generative AI at scale, including RAG, Agents, and frameworks like LangGraph; a university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field; strong proficiency in Python; experience with solution deployment and cloud environments; and excellent communication skills in English.
