Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI agents, agentic workflows, orchestration, LLM integrations, APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable solutions, guide developers through implementation, conduct design and code reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure quality, security, scalability, performance and maintainability. Mentor developers and promote coding standards, reusable components, testing, observability and Responsible AI practices.
Required expertise includes Python development for production-ready applications; REST APIs, software architecture, design patterns, testing, debugging and performance optimization; and practical GenAI and LLM application development, including prompt engineering, context management, model selection, tokens, embeddings and tool or function calling. Candidates should have hands-on experience building agents and agentic workflows with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel or Amazon Bedrock Agents. The role also calls for knowledge of RAG, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge retrieval, and experience connecting AI solutions to enterprise applications, databases and external tools.
Preferred exposure includes MCP, multi-agent architectures, cloud GenAI services such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI, AI evaluation, guardrails and AI security. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless or cloud deployment, observability and production support is desirable.
