AI/Gen AI Retail Specialist – Level 7 – SnC GN Data & AI

Accenture seeks a manager-level AI/GenAI Retail Specialist to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions for retail operations. The role focuses on improving merchandising, pricing, customer engagement, product assortment and personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Use retail knowledge, including merchandising, customer behavior and the product lifecycle, to identify business needs and design AI-driven solutions.
• Supervise teams building, validating and deploying machine-learning and deep-learning models using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face. Oversee GenAI-powered tools and develop AI algorithms and generative models, including GPT and GANs.
• Apply insights from transactional, customer and social-media data to opportunities across the customer lifecycle, including cross-selling, pricing and assortment optimization. Translate findings into strategies for marketing, merchandising and customer-experience teams.
• Work with product, marketing and business-development teams to define challenges and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills:

• The detailed requirements specify 6–10 years of relevant data science, machine-learning or AI experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. The job summary separately lists 10–12 years of experience.
