Senior Product Manager – AI/GenAI Products

DentalKart seeks a Senior Product Manager to own its AI/GenAI product roadmap, from 0-to-1 initiatives through optimization of existing workflows. Based at the DentalKart Head Office in Chhatarpur, New Delhi, the role reports to the Head of Product/CPO and focuses on turning business goals into measurable AI-enabled outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem discovery, strategy, launch and iteration for AI-first products. Scope conversational AI, agentic AI, RAG-based retrieval and recommendation systems to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency or revenue.
• Write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; work with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales and Operations to deliver against business OKRs.
• Define and track North Star and supporting metrics, including accuracy, CSAT, resolution time, retention and conversion. Use A/B tests to validate hypotheses before broader rollout.
• Manage enterprise-client or internal stakeholder relationships and escalations. Build or oversee LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt versioning and guardrails where applicable.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience, including at least 1–2 years working directly on GenAI/LLM-based features such as chatbots, voice agents, recommendation engines or automation tools.
• A record of shipping products that improved measurable outcomes such as resolution time, CSAT, retention, revenue or cost savings. Technical fluency in RAG, prompt engineering, APIs and system design is required, though hands-on coding is not specified. Experience writing PRDs and delivering cross-functionally in an agile environment is also required.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier institute and experience at a high-growth product company. Additional useful experience includes Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Tableau or Power BI; rapid prototyping with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Lovable or Kiro; and working with cross-functional POD members.
