About this role
The Business Data Insights Senior Specialist (Data & AI Engineer) will own the full data-to-AI lifecycle, from designing robust data pipelines to deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI features that provide measurable business value. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, and Databricks. Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics and AI consumption. Develop and fine-tune machine learning and generative AI models. Build RAG pipelines and integrate LLM-based solutions with enterprise data. Perform data exploration, validation, and model evaluation. Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize latency and costs. Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, and monitoring. Qualifications: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, AI, or Data Science. 5+ years of combined experience in data engineering and AI/ML engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark. Hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML platforms and vector databases. Experience with Agile/DevOps environments. Preferred: Relevant certifications in Azure Data Engineering or AI technologies.
