Kumaran Systems is seeking an AI Technical Lead to design and develop AI-driven applications within the Banking department. The role focuses on implementing generative AI models, integrating AI services into enterprise applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities include building and integrating applications with Large Language Models, developing and optimizing machine learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch, and implementing NLP techniques. The candidate will also develop APIs, work with vector databases for semantic search, fine-tune models for performance, and monitor production AI systems. Required Qualifications: 10 years of experience (minimum 6 years in AI/ML development using Python), strong understanding of ML and NLP, hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks, proficiency in data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with REST APIs and cloud-based AI services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), MLOps practices, and Agile environments.
