Databricks is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy modern, scalable AI agents and applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). This role focuses on end-to-end agent development, requiring a blend of high-performance frontend engineering and robust backend logic. Responsibilities include designing agentic workflows, implementing reasoning patterns, and ensuring production readiness. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy AI agents for business-critical workflows with a focus on LLM orchestration. Implement complex agentic behaviors using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, including ReAct loops for reasoning. Develop high-performance React user interfaces. Collaborate with backend teams for API integration and middleware development using Python or Node.js. Implement observability and tracing for agent performance. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong expertise in Python and React.js. Proven experience deploying at least one production-grade AI agent or LLM application. Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool integration. Strong experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL) and large-scale enterprise application development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Node.js, Salesforce APIs, event-driven architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and the Databricks platform including Mosaic AI. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
