Senior Systems Engineer - Applied AI Platforms

The Senior Systems Engineer - Applied AI Platforms will be responsible for the administration, engineering, and operation of enterprise AI platforms, specifically ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise. This role involves managing platform health, security, and integrations to support the firm's advisory and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise platforms.
• Support configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of KNIME Server/Business Hub and Alteryx Server environments.
• Manage user provisioning via Entra/SCIM, maintain RBAC, and oversee SSO and access reviews.
• Configure and support OpenAI and Claude APIs and MCP-based integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation for recurring platform operations using PowerShell and Python.
• Implement enterprise security controls, governance, and support audits and compliance.
• Investigate escalated incidents and participate in root cause analysis.
• Partner with the US Senior Systems Engineer to provide follow-the-sun engineering coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of systems engineering or platform administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, SCIM, MFA, and AI APIs.
• Strong understanding of KNIME and/or Alteryx server environments.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and platform administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Relevant Microsoft Azure, AWS, or platform certifications are preferred.
