The Senior Presales Solution Architect - AI, Cloud will lead enterprise discovery workshops to understand customer business objectives, AI adoption maturity, and cloud transformation needs. The role involves designing end-to-end AI and cloud solutions, including data platforms, intelligent applications, and modernized architectures. Responsibilities include architecting scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions leveraging AI/ML, GenAI, cloud-native, and hybrid environments, as well as developing solution blueprints and implementation roadmaps. The architect will define AI/ML use cases, design AI-enabled enterprise architectures, and recommend cloud services for AI workloads. Additionally, the role requires developing detailed cost models, ROI/TCO analyses, and owning end-to-end presales deliverables such as RFP/RFI responses and executive presentations. The candidate will engage with CXO stakeholders, support sales teams in strategic deals, and ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery. Required qualifications include a BA/BS degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, with a Master's degree preferred. Technical expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies (GenAI, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps) are essential. Experience in AI governance, Responsible AI frameworks, and ITIL is highly valued.
