The Senior Manager - Data & Analytics will serve as a hands-on leader responsible for the end-to-end data, analytics, and AI portfolio. This role acts as the primary point of accountability between business stakeholders and the analytics organization, translating ambiguous business problems into prioritized roadmaps and leading a team of developers, analysts, and data scientists. Responsibilities include setting engineering standards, mentoring team members, managing stakeholder partnerships, and defining data mart strategies. The role requires deep technical involvement in SQL, data pipeline design, and the integration of generative AI into the analytics stack, including natural-language querying and conversational BI. Candidates must possess 15+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or data platform roles, with at least 4 years of direct team management. An advanced degree in statistics, data science, or computer science is preferred. Technical requirements include advanced SQL proficiency, experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses, and knowledge of Python. Strong visualization skills and experience with enterprise BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or ThoughtSpot are essential. This is an on-site position based in the Bengaluru office.
