Senior Associate Technology L2_Python

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate Technology L2_Python to join their team, focusing on designing and developing infrastructure for complex business applications. The role centers on building and orchestrating agentic, GenAI-powered workflows that transform client operations through intelligent automation and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for scalable, production-ready GenAI solutions.
• Develop reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and traceability across agent workflows.
• Implement performance monitoring using tools like LangSmith and apply tuning mechanisms for accuracy and efficiency.
• Deploy and maintain Python-based GenAI services using CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect secure API communication using JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
• Apply NLP, LLM, and retrieval techniques, including vector stores and embeddings, to build context-aware solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python fundamentals (OOP, data structures, error handling) with experience in Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or Dask.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Proficiency in Python API frameworks (Flask/FastAPI) and IDEs like VSCode or PyCharm.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, time-series data, and data modeling.
• Basic integration experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and exposure to vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma).
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud Services and production deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of security and access management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work on GenAI, CoPilot, or RAG-based systems.
• Familiarity with marketing data models and real-time customer journeys.
• Additional exposure to NLP, LLMs, and advanced retrieval frameworks.
