About this role

The Opportunity: Join the PwC Acceleration Center India to shape business futures for a diverse global client portfolio. You will work within the Assurance practice to transition and run managed services, focusing on optimizing processes and delivering AI-driven solutions. This role requires translating complex business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, and user stories while mentoring team members and maintaining high technical standards. Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to identify challenges and desired outcomes; design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio; configure agents, prompts, and workflows; integrate systems using APIs and connectors; extend solutions with targeted custom code; develop prototypes and production-ready solutions; test functionality and response quality; support deployment, documentation, and user adoption; and ensure adherence to security and responsible AI standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least 4 years of relevant experience; and oral and written proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI; familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse; proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell; experience with Agile frameworks (Jira, Confluence); knowledge of Model Context Protocol and enterprise integration patterns; and experience in financial services or regulated industries.
