Machine Learning Engineer

The Machine Learning Engineer will build and manage AI services for document understanding, RAG, and policy extraction to support HR and payroll decisions. Responsibilities include designing RAG pipelines, creating prompts for structured rule extraction, and collaborating with backend teams to integrate AI outputs.
