Fractal is seeking a Lead Architect to join their next-gen LLMOps team, focused on industrializing GenAI implementation and shaping the future of GenAI engineering. This hands-on technical leadership role requires designing, deploying, and scaling GenAI and Agentic AI applications with robust lifecycle automation and observability. Responsibilities include building scalable LLMOps platforms, managing end-to-end LLM pipelines, driving LLM-specific infrastructure, and implementing guardrails and observability. The role also involves productionizing LLM-powered applications, creating evaluation pipelines, and designing systems for AI governance and prompt management. Required Qualifications: 10 - 14 years of experience in ML projects, including product building, technical leadership, and leading development teams. Strong hands-on skills in Python, Data Engineering, FastAPI, and NLP are essential. Candidates must have experience with proprietary and open-source LLMs, LLM fine-tuning (PEFT/CPT), Agentic AI workflows (CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen), and performance optimization. Proficiency in DevOps/MLOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for this leadership position.
