Lead Architect

The AI Solutions Lead/Associate Architect will architect, govern, and grow the AI delivery practice, focusing on GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied ML engagements. This hybrid role requires a hands-on leader to set technical direction, drive solution architectures, and establish evaluation standards for a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Translate business problems into AI roadmaps, lead end-to-end solutioning, and define reference architectures for multimodal agentic systems.
• Agentic Systems & SLM Design: Lead the development of multi-agent systems with reasoning, planning, and memory; establish patterns for SLM design, distillation, and fine-tuning.
• Evaluation & Quality: Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and observability as core disciplines; lead red-teaming and ensure production readiness for enterprise-grade environments.
• Practice Leadership: Shape the capability roadmap, mentor engineers, set hiring standards, and promote AI in SDLC frameworks.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams; support pre-sales and communicate technical direction to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying ML, DL, and AI systems in production.
• 10+ years of experience working with global businesses on large accounts.
• 3+ years of demonstrable experience in GenAI and/or Agentic AI (multi-agent systems, custom fine-tuning, multimodal pipelines).
• 3+ years of experience leading technical pods or teams.
• Strong foundation in Python, SQL, and backend engineering.
• Proven track record of architecting AI systems in enterprise or high-stakes domains.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with at least 3 days in the office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commerce cloud ecosystems such as Salesforce and Adobe.
