The Lead AI Architect will drive AI-powered automation across the Intelligent Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) platform. This high-impact leadership role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI systems to extract financial data, match payments to invoices, identify deductions, and reduce manual exceptions within enterprise financial workflows. Key Responsibilities: Define end-to-end AI architecture for invoice-to-cash workflows; design modular AI agents for remittance extraction, invoice identification, and payment matching; lead intelligent document processing for PDF, EDI, and XML files; build and optimize AI-driven matching algorithms; design systems for exception intelligence and explainability; and lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists. Required Qualifications: 8–14+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering; strong expertise in NLP/LLM-based systems, entity extraction, and production AI deployment; hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow; and experience building scalable AI pipelines in SaaS or enterprise environments. Preferred Experience: Background in Accounts Receivable or financial systems automation, cash application, ERP-integrated AI systems, and explainable AI in regulated domains. Success in this role is measured by high extraction accuracy (≥ 90–95%), strong auto-match rates, and the delivery of scalable, secure, and audit-ready AI systems.
