The Opportunity: Join the Acceleration Center India to shape business solutions for a diverse global client portfolio. You will work within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice, leading the design and delivery of automated testing for generative AI solutions. As a Manager, you will coach teams, guide execution, and ensure high-quality, dependable release cycles. Responsibilities: Develop automated testing frameworks for data-driven solutions; leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques; collaborate on data pipeline optimization; utilize C++ and R for modeling; apply machine learning algorithms; conduct exploratory analysis; build data visualizations; troubleshoot workflows; and provide technical guidance to clients. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's and Master's degree; at least 8 years of experience; oral and written proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications & Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in Playwright automation with Python (Pytest, POM, fixtures, parameterization); REST API automation (Requests, Postman, JSON, authentication); strong SQL proficiency for backend testing; experience in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing within Agile environments; proficiency in Git-based version control; and hands-on experience testing LLM/Generative AI and RAG applications, including prompt validation, hallucination detection, and citation verification. Proficiency in AI-powered development tools like Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot is highly valued.
