LH2 AI Labs is seeking a Founding Product Manager to lead the development of their data marketplace. The company focuses on building post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models by connecting private, institutional datasets with AI labs. The role involves managing both sides of the marketplace: helping companies monetize and share data securely, and enabling frontier labs to discover, evaluate, and license high-quality, proprietary data. Key responsibilities include defining trust mechanisms for internal data sharing, developing pricing models for unique data assets, establishing quality standards for datasets, and determining the optimal balance between software automation and human-in-the-loop processes. This is an on-site position based in Bangalore, requiring 5 days of work from the office. Candidates must be comfortable with this work arrangement.
