Trida Labs is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers and internal engineering teams to deploy, configure, evaluate, and improve AI-powered data and analytics solutions. You will primarily work with AgentSQL and TridaPad, adapting existing AI capabilities to meet customer-specific data, business terminology, metrics, and workflow requirements. This role bridges the gap between customer-facing engineering and core AI development, involving LLMs, SQL, enterprise data, and agent workflows. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring AgentSQL, building customer-specific golden question sets for evaluation, integrating with various enterprise databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, etc.), and troubleshooting production AI applications. You will also support security reviews, manage customer deployments, and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams to improve product capabilities. Required qualifications include 3–5 years of experience in software, data, or AI engineering; strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with enterprise databases and APIs; and hands-on familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI. Preferred qualifications include experience in forward-deployed or solutions engineering, AI agents, LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex, AI evaluation, and cloud deployment platforms like AWS or GCP. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this customer-facing role.
