The Databricks AI & Governance role at NTT DATA involves designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI solutions to automate data governance, data quality, metadata management, lineage analysis, policy enforcement, and stewardship workflows. The successful candidate will build scalable AI agents using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks to support enterprise data management and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include partnering with Data Governance and Data Engineers to define agent capabilities, integrating AI agents with enterprise platforms (e.g., Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog, Snowflake, AWS, Azure), and implementing monitoring and guardrails for responsible AI. The role also requires supporting proposal development, solution architecture, and contributing to reusable frameworks for enterprise-scale AI implementations. Required qualifications include at least 8 years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, or Data Governance; 5+ years in enterprise data governance or MDM; 3+ years in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI development; 3+ years with Python and AI frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen; 3+ years with cloud platforms; and 2+ years in governance platform integration and API/workflow design. Candidates must possess strong client-facing communication skills and experience working in Agile delivery environments.
