The Cloud AI/Agentic Native Delivery Director at PwC Acceleration Centres is responsible for leading large-scale, complex modernization and transformation programs. This role focuses on delivering AI-native and agentic solutions, integrating advanced AI-assisted engineering practices and reusable agent patterns into the full delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities include: Defining and governing end-to-end solution architectures for large-scale programs, including legacy remediation and modern application engineering. Providing delivery leadership with direct accountability for multi-year programs, covering scope, commercial management, estimation, scheduling, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Leading programs from initial strategy and solutioning through mobilization, implementation, production deployment, and stabilization. Requirements: Proven experience in managing large, complex transformation programs. Demonstrable expertise in AI-native and agentic program delivery, with a preference for experience using Claude. Strong background in leading teams through the entire software delivery lifecycle, including cutover and transition phases.
