About this role
Owns technical onboarding and integration of the Anthropic Claude platform and leads the time-boxed knowledge-transfer from outgoing providers into the customer's BAU operating model. Administers Claude products, develops L1.5/L2 runbooks, supports architecture-level incident escalation, and delivers consulting engagements including prompt tuning, agent design, and integration guidance.
