Responsibilities
- Assess customer briefs, structure complex inputs into clear briefs and action plans, and coordinate handoffs among Creative Designers, copywriters, and engagement managers. Track deadlines, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Use Excel and CSV data extensively for asset tracking, reporting, and production operations. Build, document, and improve repeatable workflows; use project management platforms and AI-assisted workflows; identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation; and contribute to team guidelines.
- Prepare and organize creative assets and file structures, check that outputs meet channel and format requirements, track variants across campaign phases, and flag inconsistencies or issues affecting quality and brand standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, marketing operations, creative production, or a related role, including agency, in-house, or studio work.
- Strong spreadsheet and data fluency; ability to organize ambiguous information, improve processes, manage multiple projects, unblock teams, and deliver under shifting, time-sensitive priorities.
- Attention to detail, an appreciation for design quality, effective communication, and familiarity with generative AI tools and their use in daily work.
Preferred
Experience in digital marketing, advertising production, or campaign operations.
