The AI Engineer - Manager works in PwC Acceleration Center India’s Advisory practice, leading data solutions that turn large datasets into actionable insights for client decision-making and business growth. The role combines data science and analytics delivery with project and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of data solutions, using exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, data science algorithms and machine learning models to address complex business problems.
- Guide teams in advanced analytics and oversee visualizations that support strategic decisions. Manage data pipelines, data quality and integrity, and data engineering practices for scalable solutions.
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution and completion. Coach and develop team members, manage performance, resolve issues, and maintain professional and technical standards.
- Collaborate with client support teams on data challenges, improve data utilization, examine interactions between system components, and encourage innovation and new technology adoption.
Requirements
At least a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience, and oral and written proficiency in English.

A field of study such as artificial intelligence and robotics, business analytics, computer or information science, computer engineering or programming, data analytics or science, engineering, information technology, machine learning, management information systems, mathematics, statistics, or systems engineering.
