About this role
The AI Consulting Lead will own the Consulting Service Track, providing Anthropic-certified consulting expertise to customers on demand. This role involves managing a tiered service model (Small, Medium, and Large requests) based on a monthly allocation of hours. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Consulting Service Track and manage consulting personnel availability. Track and manage consumption of hours against monthly budgets. Deliver or oversee prompt assistance, feature guidance, prompt-library tuning, and solution/agent design. Coordinate roadmap and governance advisory engagements with client teams. Manage scope boundaries and escalate requests for additional hours or production implementation. Partner with AI and Security Architects to ensure alignment with platform guardrails and policies. Represent consulting activity and value in executive reporting. Required Qualifications: Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F) certification (or commitment to obtain). 10-15 years of experience in AI/GenAI advisory, solution architecture, or consulting delivery. Demonstrated experience scoping and delivering tiered advisory engagements. Strong expertise in prompt engineering, agent design, and GenAI integration patterns. Excellent client-facing communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on production experience with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, or Claude Agents. Experience transitioning proof-of-concept AI solutions to production. Background in regulated industries such as real estate or professional services. Experience partnering with security/governance architects.
