AI & Software Engineering Intern

Lanmea Group is seeking an AI & Software Engineering Intern in Bangalore, India to build data systems, internal tools and AI-enabled workflows for its platform and advisory firms. This is a full-time, paid internship lasting 2–4 months, with a monthly stipend of INR 30,000.

Responsibilities

• Build custom internal tools, dashboards and full-stack solutions used across Lanmea and its advisory firms.
• Structure data and develop pipelines that make information durable and queryable.
• Prototype AI-assisted workflows, agents and automations that speed up practical work.
• Assess tools, platforms and architectures, and make build-versus-buy recommendations.
• Deliver working solutions in live environments and communicate the work through solution outlines, write-ups and case studies.

Requirements

• Full-time availability and current final-year enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field. Lanmea places greater weight on what candidates have built than on their exact discipline.
• Comfort with modern web frameworks and both front-end and back-end work.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and experience building with LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation, vector databases or open-source AI tooling.
• Exposure to data platforms, analytics or cloud infrastructure; strong problem-solving ability; and a self-directed project, app, tool or other independent build.
• Genuine interest in finance, private markets, technology or B2B advisory.

The role offers technical mentorship, early ownership of features and workstreams, and exposure to advisory, investing, finance, marketing and sustainability.
