About this role
As an Agentic AI Developer - Manager in PwC Acceleration Centres’ Data and Analytics practice in Bangalore, India, you will lead teams delivering analytics and AI solutions for clients. The role combines data-driven problem solving with project delivery, client account management and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of large datasets to generate insights and inform clients’ strategic decisions. Develop statistical models and oversee machine learning algorithms intended to improve client operations.
- Guide teams using data visualization for client reports and presentations, and work with clients to identify opportunities to apply analytics to business processes.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations; mentor and coach team members, manage performance, resolve stakeholder issues and uphold professional and technical standards.
Required qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years of experience, and oral and written proficiency in English.
Qualifications and capabilities identified as differentiators:
- A field of study in Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics or Finance is preferred. The posting also identifies experience with at least one of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) or predictive modeling and machine learning (Python or SAS).
- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL; experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions; and deep skills in TypeScript, React and Node.js, including Next.js App Router.
- Ability to develop backend APIs and services with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, and/or Node.js with Express, to deliver AI capabilities to users. Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and Claude Agent SDK, as well as job queues and event-driven systems. Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production, with a strong grasp of application security.
- Skills in data analysis software, algorithm development and analytic research, with the ability to adapt to varied client needs.
