As an Enterprise AI Value Strategist, the AI Strategy Manager advises clients on creating measurable value from AI and data. The role develops enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific strategies, connects AI initiatives to business outcomes, and works with senior client stakeholders on technology-driven transformation. Responsibilities
- Shape opportunities for data- and AI-led business reinvention and define strategies for building and using data assets and AI technologies.
- Assess clients’ AI and data maturity. Define technology and AI platform blueprints, data strategies and future-ready operating models for becoming AI-first organizations.
- Develop business cases, investment profiles and delivery roadmaps. Embed Responsible AI, plan how to use ecosystem partners, and foster innovation and experimentation.
- Identify the people, processes and technologies needed to develop and operationalize AI solutions. Shape AI-first product strategies and commercialization opportunities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, lead workstreams and large-scale delivery, and engage senior stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The posting’s structured experience requirement specifies 120–144 months; the listed basic qualifications require a minimum of 7 years of AI and data experience, including solutioning, designing or delivering projects, and a minimum of 7 years of high-value consulting experience or relevant industry or functional experience. Consulting experience includes large-scale delivery with minimal oversight, workstream leadership and meeting deadlines.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders; an engineering problem-solving mindset; strong program management and written and verbal communication; ability to shape deals and lead go-to-market activities; and leadership skills that build effective teams, collaboration and client relationships.
