Accenture is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead AI-enabled process transformation for an assigned industry or function in Sydney or Melbourne. The role covers the full design cycle: assessing market, regulatory and technology changes; specifying future-state processes; shaping operating model changes; and planning how people will adopt new ways of working. It includes designing how people and AI agents work together within those processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead future-state process specifications, AI integration design and adoption planning. Define AI agent autonomy levels, escalation triggers and the quality of human-agent handoffs at relevant process steps. Use AI tools and strategically created agents to support the team's deliverables.
- Run client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews, facilitate design-thinking and co-creation sessions, and present and defend recommendations to senior client leaders. Manage day-to-day client relationships and resolve issues.
- Produce benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments; connect operating models to practical process redesign. Document redesign methods and contribute to functional playbooks.
- Qualify business-development opportunities, co-author proposals and coach junior practitioners.
Required qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent; at least 5 years in process excellence, process redesign or management consulting; experience leading client workshops and presenting to senior leadership; and a track record in benchmarking and change-impact assessment. Candidates must have used AI-assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics or workshop facilitation.
