Accenture Song’s Data & AI team seeks a Customer AI Product Owner to shape and deliver AI-driven customer solutions across the marketing and service value chain. Responsibilities

  • Set product strategy in line with client objectives and market trends. Translate business needs into requirements, prioritise features, and manage the roadmap for timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate business, technology and external partners; communicate product vision, progress and outcomes to clients and senior leaders. Own client relationships and provide strategic consulting and programme leadership.

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • A degree in business, marketing, commerce, data science or a related field; product-owner experience defining strategy and roadmaps and leading cross-expertise teams delivering AI or data products.
  • Experience with machine learning, AI, generative AI or data-driven products; understanding of AI systems, cloud integration and microservices. Strong stakeholder management, communication and ability to explain technical concepts to business leaders and drive adoption.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira or Asana; knowledge of cloud AI platforms including AWS SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, Snowflake or Salesforce Einstein; experience with customer experience, marketing, CRM or CDP systems.

Additional differentiators include deploying generative or agentic AI products with CI/CD, monitoring and lifecycle management; familiarity with recommendation engines, predictive analytics, virtual assistants or sentiment analysis; experience driving organisational change and AI adoption; customer-centric consulting or marketing strategy work; and shaping proposals and influencing C-suite decisions.
