About this role
Senior technical leadership role to lead a team of engineers and applied AI specialists building program-facing AI solutions (agentic systems, predictive analytics, and AI diagnostics) and to set technical strategy, architecture, and partnerships for IRC's AI portfolio. Responsible for engineering quality, DevOps and deployment pipelines, cloud architecture (Azure preferred), and collaboration with program leaders and strategic AI partners.
