The Staff Data Scientist will advance IAA’s machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives by building supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models and developing AI agentic and LLM-powered applications to drive growth and operational efficiency. The role includes end-to-end project leadership from problem framing through deployment and monitoring, partnering with engineering teams and mentoring junior data scientists.
