About this role
Serve as Kymera’s first dedicated AI leader to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, select and govern AI platforms, and prototype and ship AI-powered solutions. Partner across Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory/CMC, and G&A to operationalize AI, lead AI governance, manage vendors, and champion adoption and education.
