About this role
Lead the bank’s enterprise AI adoption strategy and governance, identifying and prioritizing AI use cases (e.g., fraud detection, credit risk, operations, customer experience), ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance, guiding vendor selection and implementation, and driving change management and enablement. This is an on-site role based in Waco, Texas with responsibilities that also include supporting process improvement and maintaining SQL databases.
