AI Engineer I - (In Office)

Ring Power Corporation is hiring an in-office AI Engineer I in St. Augustine, Florida, to develop AI applications and workflows that improve efficiency across departments. The role works with business units to identify automation opportunities and supports AI and analytics initiatives through advanced data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and workflows, integrating solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
• Monitor and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability and security. Research emerging AI technologies and suggest opportunities for innovation.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for business users on Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
• Work independently or with a team, using analysis, communication and planning to address complex problems and changing priorities. The position has no supervisory responsibility.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as Azure AI, OpenAI APIs and Microsoft Copilot.
• Basic proficiency in a programming language such as Python, C# or JavaScript; understanding of cloud platforms and API integration. Azure is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Highly desired, but not required: experience with Microsoft Dynamics and enterprise data environments; knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI models; and exposure to data analytics or business intelligence tools.

Work is typically during normal business hours, with occasional nights, holidays or weekends. Requirements may change and require retraining once or more per year.
