About this role
The Senior Staff AI Scientist will develop and deploy modern machine learning methods—with a focus on generative AI and LLMs—for large healthcare datasets, building prototypes and production-ready code to automate clinical tasks using EMR, waveforms, and clinical reports. The role includes work on large-scale pretraining, prompt tuning, distillation, robustness, responsible AI, quantization, and learning from human feedback.
