The Principal AI Solutions Architect partners with strategic customers to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions—supporting Agentic AI Orchestration, conversational AI, Genesys Cloud integrations, and end-to-end architecture from discovery through deployment and optimization. The role leads technical engagements, proof-of-concept delivery, data and integration design, and champions responsible AI governance and enterprise adoption.
