About this role
Lead and manage a team of data scientists to develop and maintain fraud detection and identity verification models, owning the full model lifecycle from data acquisition and featurization through training, productionalization, and monitoring. Mentor and grow the team, write production-ready code for real-time decisioning, research new fraud types, and coordinate with senior leadership, product, and engineering.
