Define and lead strategy, patterns, and tooling for prompts, agentic workflows, and LLM-based application architectures across the organization. Design RAG pipelines, build internal tooling, establish safety guardrails, conduct evaluations and red-teaming, and mentor engineers on prompt engineering and LLM application architecture.
