AI Engineer

Yara is accepting applications to match AI Engineers with roles across its network of companies building with LLMs. The posting focuses on engineers who have taken agentic systems into production. Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered products beyond the demo stage.
• Integrate LLMs with tools, evaluation and retrieval systems, applying strong engineering fundamentals to agent development.
• Stay current with new models, patterns and tooling, and help companies shape AI products.

Qualifications

• Have shipped LLM-powered products used by real people, including agentic products or substantial agentic side projects.
• Have experience integrating LLMs in production with tool calling, RAG, evaluations and observability.
• Be proficient in TypeScript, Python or Go; understand the difference between a simple wrapper and a production system; and provide links to agentic projects built.
• Bring experience at a startup or high-bar engineering organization and keep up with emerging models, patterns and tooling weekly.
