Responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered products beyond the demo stage.
- Integrate LLMs with tools, evaluations, and retrieval systems, applying strong engineering fundamentals to agent work.
- Stay current with new models, patterns, and tooling, and help companies define new AI products.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Have shipped LLM-powered products used by real people and understand the difference between a wrapper and a system.
- Have experience with production LLM integration, including tool calling, RAG, evaluations, and observability.
- Be proficient in TypeScript, Python, or Go; have shipped agentic products or substantial agentic side projects; and provide links to agentic projects built.
- Have experience at a startup or high-bar engineering organization, keep up with new models and tooling weekly, and want to work at leading AI companies.
