The GEICO AI Agent Platform team is hiring a Staff ML Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable multi-tenant backend systems and an enterprise AI agent skill ecosystem, including harness engineering, context/RAG pipelines, observability, and governance/guardrail systems. The role also provides technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver production-grade AI agent infrastructure and tooling.
