Lead enterprise implementations for Nadia, Valence’s AI coach by designing, implementing, and evaluating LLM-powered workflows (prompts, memory and knowledge patterns, coaching flows) and building tooling and evaluation frameworks to scale enterprise AI deployments. Collaborate with Product, AI Research/Applied AI, and Engineering to ensure systems are safe, performant, and aligned with user outcomes.
