About this role
Lead enterprise implementations of Nadia, Valence’s AI coach, by designing, implementing, and evaluating LLM-powered workflows (prompts, memory and knowledge patterns, coaching flows) and building tooling and evaluation frameworks to scale deployments. Collaborate closely with Product, AI Research/Applied AI, and Engineering to ensure systems are safe, performant, and aligned with measurable user outcomes.
