About this role
Own end-to-end product life cycles for AI-native products (including an AI voice platform) using LLMs, agent frameworks, speech technologies, and internal AI infrastructure to drive scalable conversational and agent-assist solutions. Partner cross-functionally with Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering to set roadmaps, run experiments, define KPIs, and drive adoption and value for clients.
