About this role
Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI and machine learning solutions (including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and agentic workflows), conduct applied research, and design evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and business impact. Partner with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate research into scalable, production-ready solutions and support monitoring, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
