About this role
The AI Outcome Customer Engineer will act as an enterprise architect, technical debugger, engineering liaison and technical delivery manager, bridging pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales execution to drive adoption and rapid activation of AI solutions. You will architect integrations of models, agents, and connectors into customer IT ecosystems, diagnose and resolve complex implementation issues, and serve as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams.
